ASSESSMENT

We start by building your personal golfer profile through my unique series of assessments which offer a complete 360-degree understanding of you as a golfer. We assess every aspect of your game, including:

  • Mental Mindset: We evaluate your psychological approach to the game to ensure you’re prepared mentally for peak performance.

  • Strength: We analyze your physical strength to identify areas for improvement and support your swing mechanics.

  • Power: We measure your explosive power to enhance your distance and overall performance on the course.

  • Stability: We focus on your core stability to improve balance and consistency in your swing.

  • Mobility: We assess your flexibility and range of motion to optimize your movement and reduce the risk of injury.

This holistic approach ensures we address every critical component of your game, helping you to perform at your best and enjoy a more effective, injury-free experience on the course.

FULL SWING ANALYSIS

By examining how your body moves during your swing, we gain insights into the specific mechanics and compensations that influence your performance. A full swing analysis provides an in-depth understanding of your golf swing by examining how your body moves and interacts with the club. Through this analysis, I can observe your unique kinematic sequence and biomechanics, capturing data points such as your directional and rotational motion. We measure additional critical factors like your smash factor, which reflects the efficiency of your impact with the ball; the face angle of your club, which affects the ball’s direction and trajectory; and the club path, which influences shot accuracy. Additionally, we evaluate how consistently you can replicate your swing. This comprehensive analysis offers a complete picture of both your swing mechanics and the resulting ball flight, allowing us to identify areas for improvement and tailor a personalized plan to enhance your performance on the course.

TALIORED GAME PLAN

Based on the insights gathered from your assessments and full swing analysis, I’ll create a customized personal fitness plan tailored specifically to your needs. First, we integrate data from the Titleist Performance Institute assessment, Power and Fitness assessments, and the detailed swing analysis to gain a holistic view of your physical capabilities and swing mechanics. This information helps identify muscle imbalances, mobility restrictions, and areas needing improvement. With this comprehensive understanding, I’ll develop a targeted fitness regimen that addresses your unique requirements, focusing on enhancing strength, power, stability, and flexibility. The plan will include exercises designed to correct swing flaws, improve your biomechanics, and optimize your overall performance. By aligning your fitness routine with your swing data, we ensure that every workout is purposeful and effective, ultimately helping you achieve a more consistent and powerful golf game.
